- Your Staterecords.org search history and search engines used;
- IP address, which is the number associated with the service through which you access the Internet, like your ISP (Internet service provider);
- Browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and related data;
- Mobile device information, including the type of device you use, operating system version, and the device identifier (or "UDID");
- Analytics about use of the Services, such as how and how often you use pages or features of the Services.

1.3 Information We Receive from Third Parties.
Third-Party Websites and Social Media Platforms. We may collect additional personal information about you from third-party websites, social media platforms, such as but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram ("Social Media Platforms") to help us provide services to you, help prevent fraud, and for marketing and advertising purposes.
Information we may access about you, with your consent, may include, but is not limited to, your basic Social Media Platform information, your location data, your list of contacts, friends or followers and certain information about your activities on the Social Media Platform. Please keep in mind that when you provide information to us on a third-party website or platform (for example, via our applications), the information you provide may be separately collected by the third-party website or the Social Media Platform.
Public Record Sources. We obtain information about individuals from various public records sources. We are not the custodian of information we receive from public records and have no liability with respect to the accuracy of such information. If you want to correct or remove your original public record or make any information from your original public record unavailable for public access, you will need to contact the custodian of that information.

We use the personal information we collect from you when you browse and use our Services in the following manner.

3. Usage of Cookies and Other Network Technologies

You are free to decline to accept cookies, but by doing so, you may not be able to take full advantage of our Services and all of our offerings. Certain of the cookies are necessary in order for the Services to function. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We do not guarantee that your personal information will not be misused by third parties. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security features. You agree that we will not have any liability for misuse, access, acquisition, deletion, or disclosure of your personal information.

The Services collect personal information and processes and stores that personal information in databases located in the United States. 12. California Residents
12.1 Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights.
California residents have the right to request that InfoPay, Inc. disclose certain information to you about InfoPay, Inc.’s collection and use of your personal information over the past twelve (12) months. Once InfoPay, Inc. receives and confirms a verifiable consumer request from you, InfoPay, Inc. will disclose to you, to the extent permitted by law:
- The categories of personal information InfoPay, Inc. collected about you.
- The categories of sources for your personal information InfoPay, Inc. collected about you.
- InfoPay, Inc.’s business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom InfoPay, Inc. shares your personal information.
- If we disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained.
You shall have the right to request that the information described above be provided to you in a portable and readily usable format, to the extent technically feasible ("data portability").
InfoPay, Inc. does not sell your personal information.
12.2 Deletion Request Rights.
You have the right to request that InfoPay, Inc. delete certain of your personal information that InfoPay, Inc. collected from and/or related to you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.
To the extent that InfoPay, Inc. can delete your personal information, once InfoPay, Inc. receives and confirms your verifiable consumer request, InfoPay, Inc. will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information, unless an exception applies.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the personal information is necessary for us or our service providers to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected your personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, or take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you.
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
- Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 seq.).
- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Make other internal and lawful uses of that personal information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
12.3 Exercising Your Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights.
To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to InfoPay, Inc. by either:

- Contacting us at email@example.com; or
- Calling InfoPay, Inc., at (844) 777-0503.
Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows InfoPay, Inc. to reasonably verify you are the person about whom InfoPay, Inc. collected personal information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows InfoPay, Inc. to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
InfoPay, Inc. cannot respond to your request or provide you with your personal information if InfoPay, Inc. cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. Any disclosures provided pursuant to the CCPA will only cover the 12-month period preceding the receipt of the verifiable consumer request.
InfoPay, Inc. will respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt, or notify you that InfoPay, Inc. requires more time to respond and the reason for the extended response time. InfoPay, Inc. will deliver its written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
To the extent that your verifiable consumer request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, InfoPay, Inc. may charge a reasonable fee to respond to such request.
12.4 No Discrimination.
InfoPay, Inc. will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, InfoPay, Inc. will not:
- Deny you goods or services.
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
13. Children’s Information
This Services are not intended for use by persons under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under thirteen (13) years old. In the event that we discover that a person under the age of thirteen (13) (or a higher threshold where applicable) has provided information to us, we will take steps to comply with any applicable legal requirement to remove such personal information.
