Larimer County Property Search
A property record is the official documentation of a piece of property or building in Larimer County. Before purchasing or selling real estate, it is important to conduct a property search because it may reveal any irregularities that may prevent a property from being marketable. A property search verifies the owner of the property and also reveals any bylaws registered to the property. The Larimer County Clerk and Recording Department is responsible for making property records available to the public.
