How to Find Garfield County Sex Offender Information

The CBI is tasked with the responsibility of managing and operating the Colorado Sex Offender Registry. The public access portal provides information on four categories of convicted sex offenders:

  • Sexually Violent Predators (SVPs)
  • Adult offenders convicted of multiple sexual and/or violent felony offenses (multiple offenders)
  • Adult offenders who fail to register as required for a felony sex offense

The Garfield County Sheriff’s Office runs the operation of the Garfield County Detention Facility located at 107 8th street in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The Clerk & Recorder’s Office maintains Garfield County death records. Death records can be obtained by the following persons:
